The activity focuses mainly on valuation of some complexity, in conformity with national and international standards. Innovative tools are adopted for issues not specifically examined by these standards, thanks to a constant research on methodological principles.

The adoption of statistical and economic-financial high-accuracy models and of strategic marketing systems allows valuations of complex immovable properties according to approachs not only technical: the analysis focuses on the practical potential to generate income and/or other economic value crossing specific demand segments.
